I think everyone (employees and companies as a whole) are on a continuous search for what is right, where the boundaries are.

I think one of the major keys is listening to your customers. 

That is what this study was all about. It&#039;s not that we aren&#039;t allowed to make mistakes. It&#039;s listening, and learning when we step off the path and righting our wrongs.</description>
